Amreyah's commitment to energy efficiency is at the heart of our sustainability efforts. By continually optimizing our operations, we prioritize optimizing our energy consumption processes, ensuring we reduce our environmental footprint while maintaining high operational efficiency. Our innovative use of alternative fuels has already achieved a Total Substitution Rate (TSR) of 30%. This significant reduction in reliance on traditional fossil fuels underscores our dedication to sustainable practices.
Additionally, we continuously upgrade our processes by improving heat exchange systems, which allows us to maximize energy recovery and utilize energy more effectively. Reducing CO2 Emissions
Our sustainability efforts shine through in our innovative approach to reducing CO2 emissions. By producing green cement types, we've slashed CK% in G-Cement and concrete, achieving up to a 70% cutting CO2 emissions

This next-generation product reflects our dedication to reducing environmental impact while delivering exceptional quality and performance. Additionally, our production of low-temperature clinker enhances operational excellence while significantly lowering CO2 emissions, embodying our commitment to overall sustainability.

Circular Economy
Our sustainability strategy includes recycling low-grade materials, using up to 30% in clinker burning. This not only conserves quarries but also reduces landfill waste. We're also turning by-products from other industries into valuable inputs for cement manufacturing and clinker burning. In collaboration with companies like Unilever, Lipton, and Prometeon, we repurpose their waste for our RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel) process, enhancing our commitment to a circular economy

Enhance water management

Our Rules

Prohibition of Alcohol and Drugs

Entering Amreyah Cement facilities and/or carrying out any activity under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden.

Fall Protection Requirements

Working 2 meters above the lower level without fall protection equipment, training, and valid authorization for working at heights is not allowed.

Mandatory Protection Devices

Installing the necessary protection devices in machines and equipment for all power sources before starting any intervention is mandatory.

Operating Vehicles and Equipment

Operating/driving automotive vehicles or equipment without the proper license, training, and valid authorization is forbidden.

Confined Space Access

Only trained skilled professionals with valid authorization are allowed to work in confined spaces.

Heavy Load Lifting Authorization

Heavy load lifting is only allowed for workers with a special work permit duly signed and validated.

Risk Assessment Requirement

Performing activities without assessing the risks of the venue and activity (work risk assessment and/or preliminary task analysis) and without a clear definition of the controls suitable to the activity is forbidden.

Prohibition of Loose Clothing and Accessories

Exposing any part of the body, loose clothing, loose hair, or any type of accessories in the front line of a moving machine is forbidden. There are restrictions on the use of cell phones on the shop floor.

Safety Equipment Disconnection

Occasionally or temporarily disconnecting any safety equipment/structure is forbidden without the due documented authorization.

Access to Kiln and Heating Areas

Only skilled, qualified workers with valid authorization are allowed access to the calcination/heating tower kiln area and cooling area.
