Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure non-production items such as (Office supplies, marketing staff, tools, F&B, IT..etc)
  • Manage local supplier relationships to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Work closely with other departments to understand their non-production requirements and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory of the items levels to maintain adequate stocks with the requesters.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
  • Regularly assess supplier performance and resolve any supply chain issues to maintain continuous operations.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure proper delivery, storage, and inventory control of non-production items.
  • Assist in the development and management of the procurement budget for non-production items.
  • Track procurement expenditures and ensure purchases align with the budget.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or availability of items.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, RFQs, and communications with suppliers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, local supplier options, and new products or services that could benefit the company.
  • Provide insights into market conditions, pricing trends, and supply chain risks that could impact procurement strategies.
  • Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with company policies, procurement standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English Commerce or a related field.
  • CSCP or Supply chain diploma is preferred is Preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • ERP system oracle or SAP.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluent English

Location: Sheraton - Cairo

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all related dashboards are properly presented and maintained. 
  • Daily and monthly update for all figures of operation
  • Data analysis and breakdown for the results. 
  • Help the team to Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operations.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Record all needed transactions on SAP related to production. 
  • S&OP follow up to ensure proper execution.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise & coordinate day to day QC Laboratory Activities.
  • Follow up & monitor X- Ray devices
  • Follow up all processes related to the cement industry
  • Ensure Testing & Analysis of Raw Materials, clinker & cement are done accurately & timely.
  • Solid Experience on XRY Systems such as (XRF Scientific, QCX … etc.)

Requirements:


  • Bachelor of Science in chemistry or related field.
  • 3-5 Years of Experience in the same role.
  • Previous experience in cement plant operations or similar manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, lifting, and exposure to dust and noise.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Position Location: Amreyah Cement Plant - Borg Elarab, Alexandria.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Preparation Engineer located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Senior Preparation Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks related to cement preparation and production.


Key Responsibilities:

- Compile job orders, including necessary spare parts for task execution. 

- Develop weekly equipment stoppage plans and annual overhaul schedules. 

- Manage and control monthly budget allocation within designated area. 

- Liaise with the procurement team to monitor purchasing requests and order statuses. 

- Assess technical aspects of the procurement team's offers. 

- Ensure quality control of spare parts in warehouse inventory. 

- Supervise progress and budget adherence during equipment overhauls. 


Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. 

- 3-6 years of experience in preparation and planning within cement industries is a Must. 

- Proficiency in English. 

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Project. 

- Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous. 

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is advantageous. 

Position Location: Amreyah Cement Plant - Borg Elarab, Alexandria.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
    • Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical equipment, including motors, drives, switchgear, transformers, and PLCs.
    • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in production and support systems to ensure minimum downtime.
    • Perform predictive and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
  2. Equipment Optimization:
    • Monitor electrical systems and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency and reliability.
    • Implement energy-saving initiatives and ensure efficient use of power.
  3. Compliance & Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations.
    • Participate in safety audits and risk assessments for electrical installations and processes.
  4. Project Support:
    • Collaborate on projects involving new installations or upgrades of electrical systems.
    • Review electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications for plant modifications.
  5. Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inspection reports.
    • Prepare reports on system performance and downtime analysis.

    • Work closely with mechanical engineers, production teams, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and electricians.

  • Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead expenses, to determine product costs and profitability.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop cost budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual costs and budgeted costs, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Cost Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs and improve cost efficiency across all business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Product Pricing: Provide input on product pricing strategies based on cost analysis, market trends, and competitive landscape, to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve costing processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory costs and valuation methods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and implementing inventory control measures to minimize losses.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

2.1 Main Tasks:

  • Daily Costing Collaboration: Collaborate with the production team to develop day-to-day costing data based on production reports, enabling efficient and accurate calculation of production costs.
  • Variance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze and prepare periodic reports to identify differences between actual production costs and standard benchmarks, such as consumption and efficiency variances.
  • Production Cost Estimation: Prepare cost estimates for new and proposed products, supporting accurate financial planning and pricing strategies.
  • Monthly Closing Activities: Execute monthly closing tasks, ensuring timely      preparation of cost reports and related analyses.
  • Operational Cost Analysis: Analyze operational costs incurred and assess the utilization of resources to improve cost management and efficiency.
  • Inventory Reconciliation and Review: Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of inventory reports to maintain accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Inventory Level Reporting: Prepare and review reports on inventory levels to ensure alignment with approved budgets for working capital management.
  • Budget vs. Actual Analysis: Perform monthly analyses comparing budgeted figures with actual results, identifying deviations and initiating deviation analysis for corrective actions.
