Job Summary:
The Outbound Logistics Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring outbound logistics activities for both local and export shipments. The role ensures efficient truck utilization, timely delivery execution, accurate shipment tracking, and proper coordination with internal stakeholders. The position requires strong analytical  skills, extensive use of Excel for daily operational control, and close collaboration with Sales and Sales Operations teams to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Outbound Transportation Management
    • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily outbound transportation activities for local deliveries.
    • Ensure optimal workflow of transportation trucks in line with delivery schedules and operational priorities.
    • Track shipments from dispatch through final delivery and confirm proof of delivery.
  2. Export & Port Operations
    • Monitor and follow up on export outbound shipments up to port arrival and offloading completion.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely port operations.
    • Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of delays, discrepancies, or operational issues related to export shipments.
  3. Operational Control, Data & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date outbound logistics records using Excel-based tracking tools.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports covering shipment volumes, delivery performance, and transportation efficiency.
    • Support data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities within outbound logistics operations.
  4. Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Act as the main logistics coordination point with Sales and Sales Operations teams regarding shipment planning, priorities, and customer requirements.
    • Provide timely and accurate shipment status updates to internal stakeholders.
    • Ensure alignment between logistics execution and commercial commitments. 
  5. Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements related to outbound logistics activities.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, visibility, and control of outbound logistics processes.

Qualifications and skills:

  1. Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related discipline.
  2. Technical Skills
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for operational tracking, reporting, and  analysis.
    • Solid understanding of outbound transportation and export logistics processes.
  3. Behavioral Competencies
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  4. Preferred Experience
    • Experience in outbound logistics or transportation operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct all activities of the cost accounting function across manufacturing operations.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the costing function, ensuring accurate cost data input, control, and validation through to monthly closing and analysis.
  • Develop, improve, and standardize costing processes and methodologies to enhance productivity, accuracy, and reporting quality.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of cost accounting modules (CO) within ERP systems, including SAP or equivalent platforms.
  • Perform monthly cost closing activities, including preparation of cost of operations, variance analysis, and supporting schedules.
  • Conduct proactive analysis of cost variances, identifying key drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities, and communicate findings to operations and management teams.
  • Support quarterly reviews and annual audits, coordinating deliverables with internal and external auditors.
  • Establish and maintain cost accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Partner with operations, finance, and management teams to support cost control initiatives and decision-making.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • CMA certification is strongly preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a costing or cost accounting leadership role.
  • Mandatory experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in:
    • Cement
    • Steel
    • Fertilizer
    • Construction materials
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost structures, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, particularly cost accounting modules.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured, high-volume industrial environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and management.

Role Summary:

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies for multiple brands within the portfolio. This role combines strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and marketing execution to enhance brand equity, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives. The Brand Manager will ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels while monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Management

  • Develop, implement, and oversee brand strategies for multiple brands, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Maintain and strengthen brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.

2. Marketing & Campaign Oversight

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential channels.
  • Ensure campaigns deliver measurable results and align with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns effectively.

3. Digital & Content Strategy

  • Guide digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and website content, to support brand objectives.
  • Use analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance ROI.

4. Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure marketing strategies support business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

5. Market Insights & Innovation

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform brand strategies.
  • Identify emerging trends and innovative marketing approaches to maintain brand relevance.

5. Budget & Resource Management

  • Develop marketing budgets for each brand and allocate resources effectively.
  • Track campaign spend to ensure budget adherence and optimize resource utilization.

5. Reporting & Performance Measurement

  • Track KPIs such as brand awareness, market share, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.


Collaboration & Communication:

1. Internal

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and other departments to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Support internal communication initiatives as needed.

2. External

  • Engage with media, PR agencies, vendors, and event partners to manage brand representation.
  • Participate in industry events and professional networks to stay informed of trends.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing brands and executing marketing strategies.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong strategic thinking and brand management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies with teams leads to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhanced service levels.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, trade, and transportation regulations (local and international).
  • Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, transportation cost, warehouse efficiency, etc.).
  • Resolve logistics issues and escalations with suppliers, carriers, or internal teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior logistics staff and provide subject matter expertise.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, operations, and sales teams to ensure end-to-end efficiency.
  • Mainly responsible for managing and optimizing logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, warehousing, and international trade activities. This role ensures efficient movement of goods, cost control, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience from 3–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management.
  • Fluent English is a must. 
  • Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) is a plus.
  • Strong background in transportation management, freight forwarding, and warehouse operations.
  • Proven experience managing international logistics and customs compliance.

Summary:

Network Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, with focus on firewalls, VoIP, wireless, and network design. Should have hands-on experience with FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls(must), Cisco wireless controllers, and VoIP technologies such as Webex. This role involves ensuring network availability, security, and efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot FortiGate, Palo Alto firewalls, and Forti Analyzer.
  • Administer and maintain VoIP systems (preferably Cisco Webex).
  • Manage and support Cisco wireless controllers and access points.
  • Assist in designing and implementing LAN, WAN, and WLAN solutions.
  • Perform routing network, monitoring, performance tuning, and reporting.
  • Support VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and other core network services.
  • Apply and maintain Firewalls security policies and best practices.
  • Provide Level 1 support for network-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and network Diagrams
  • Knowledge of IT security frameworks and compliance.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in network administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
  • Good understanding of network design and planning.

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Quarries Section Head to oversee and optimize our quarry operations in Alexandria & Minya. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant extraction processes, contributing to the overall success of our mining division.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily quarry operations across multiple sites in Minya & Alexandria, ensuring adherence to production targets and quality standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations in accordance with Egyptian mining laws (e.g., Mineral Resources Law No. 198/2014 and its executive regulations).
  • Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, machinery, and materials, to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute extraction processes, including drilling, blasting, and hauling. Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national regulations, including those specific to quarrying in Egypt.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quarry professionals, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on production, safety, and operational performance for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, Geology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8-12 years) in quarry operations management, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of quarrying techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian mining laws and regulations, particularly Mineral Resources Law No. 198/2014.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in challenging environments. 
  • Regular travel between sites will be required

Role Description

Inspectors will be responsible for the setting up and optimizing detailed inspections of defined areas of plant. The assessment of all trend data generation of work requests. Provide plant history and cost information for all activities undertaken.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise Inspections
  • plan and conduct scheduled inspections of plant equipment, adhering to established procedures and safety regulations
  • Analyze vibration data and monitor critical equipment predicting potential failures and recommending proactive maintenance actions
  • Collaboration with Inspection Technicians on equipment isolation repairs and lubrication tasks
  • Supervise oil sampling and analysis procedures for preventive maintenance of assigned equipment
  • Reporting Communication
  • Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports summarizing findings recommendations and actions taken
  • Collaborate with Inspection Section Head and Technicians to develop and update inspection work plans
  • Communicate effectively with other departments regarding inspection results and maintenance needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. 
  • Strong Knowledge of Equipment Operation Process & Maintenance Methodologies
  • Basic administrative skills for maintaining inspection records, schedules, and paperwork.
  • Skill in planning and supervising electrical inspection processes, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with technicians.
  • Familiarity with inspection software, data analysis tools, and technical documentation systems.
  • 3-6 years of experience in preparation and planning within cement industries is a Must
  • Proficiency in English. 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project. 
  • Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous. 
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is advantageous.
